Our attorneys assist the parties to a real estate transaction in creating a contract that accurately and clearly states their respective obligations and expectations. On behalf of a Seller, we prepare deeds, and other necessary Seller documents. We also represent the Seller at closing in order to ensure that the Seller is receiving all appropriate compensation. On behalf of a Buyer, we prepare documents pertaining to financing, such as mortgages, deeds of trust, notes, settlement statements, and guarantees. We prepare commercial leases for property owners as well. Our commercial real estate practice extends to representing property owners in zoning and approval matters and advising businesses purchasing real estate.
